I found an online site that appeared to be valid what provided replica Duke Blue Devil Jerseys. It indicated that the item would ship within 24 hours of purchase and would arrive within 7-14 days once shipped. I purchased the item on 12/923. In this shipping section, it indicated expected delivery 12/20/23. I never received the item by 12/20/23 and I had reached out to the company, that only has an email address to no avail. On 12/29/23, I received an email with shipping information that stated I would receive the item in 7-14 days, during this 7-14 days the tracking number never worked. I tried emailing the company daily, no response. On 1/12/24, I contacted my credit card company because I assumed at that point it was a scam. I reached out to the business and on 1/15/24 they responded stating “ Due to your refusal to pay, the bank has refunded the money and we have returned the package.”

I have never known a carrier that can intercept a package once in route.
