I saw a product advertised on Instagram as a warming mat that you can roll up when you're not using it. It is meant to keep food warm. I wanted to buy it in time for the holidays so I purchased two. It took a very long time to arrive. When I received the products, they were not the products advertised. They were plastic heating trays with a glass surface, not mats you can roll up. One of them was damaged and looked used. Part of the plastic was melted and the glass top was scratched up. I was never notified of any alternative products being sent to me. I emailed the seller and let them know I did not receive the product advertised. They told me inventory ran out so they sent me an alternative. I told them I would consider keeping the non damaged item but I would like a refund for the damaged item. They then did not want to cover shipping costs to return it, so they offered to give a discount and send yet another alternative item that was, according to them, more expensive than the warming mat. At this point I did not want another alternative item, I just wanted my money back for the defective tray. They offered to refund me minus the shipping cost. I refused because first of all, they did not let me know that they were sending me a completely different product. I had known I would have cancelled the order and they wouldn't have to pay for shipping. They again, offered to refund me minus the shipping cost and would send me a breakdown of it. I am still waiting for them to send me the breakdown and I still have not heard from them about my refund. This company sounds like a scam. Beware.
