I ordered a winter scene that lights up and has a working train and moving ice skaters. What I received is a picture of this item on a piece of cardboard… I contacted the company by email, they said I received the item I ordered, I did not. This is a bait and switch scheme…. The advert shows a woman lifting this item out of a box, setting it on a table and turning it on… What I got was a picture of this item, 2D not a 3D item, on a piece of cardboard.. The best they would give me was 50% of my money back… I demanded full refund … did not answer me.
