I responded to an ad on social media and ordered a pair of orthotics in December 2021. The order was shipped and I received. After using the product for a few months, it was helping. So I ordered again. The product never arrived. I telephoned and emailed many times and received no response. I called my credit card company and they refunded me the price.

Too bad, because I really like the product and it has helped my walking a lot.
