I made a purchase from this company from a Facebook post. It was for a large format "5 panel" picture. Once I made the purchase I didn't realize I could order this "framed" and my purchase was for only the canvas pictures. It wasn't 1 second after I hit "purchase" I wanted to cancel this order and reorder with a frame. WELL! I did not know I wasn't going to be able to contact this company so easily. Not only did the monies get taken out of my bank account with in seconds of this purchase there wasn't any contact information on the website or a phone number anywhere to call a "person" to explain this situation, there is only an email address that is given to contact someone and this either does not exist or the customer service for the "phony" company SUCKS!!! I have emailed them 5 times in 7 weeks and they STILL have not acknowledged my complaint or replied to my emails. It is going on 8 weeks and I still have not gotten this purchase. I'll be lucky if I get it and if I do it will be returned and HOPEFULLY I will get my monies back.!!! DO NOT ORDER from this company - I BELIEVE THIS IS SCAM WEBSITE
