Consumer was told she owed $500 for Direct TV, but she confirmed with Direct TV that her account was in good standing and had never been delinquent.  In addition, she confirmed with Direct TV that someone elses name was on the account that the man "from collections at Direct TV" was calling about and confirmed with Direct TV that other details about her account were inconsistent with what he was alleging.
