Discountgolfco.com should be shut down and the owner Joe arrested and/or put in a mental institution. I ordered grips and a GPS on 2/26 and received an order confirmation. Everything was supposedly in stock. After 10 days or so, I emailed the company at [email protected] and asked about my order. No response. I emailed again the next day, and called the company at (630) 656-1292 and left a voicemail. I got an email back from a "Sarah Calhoun", at [email protected], saying my order was "processed". I waited another 4 or 5 days, called again. This time, I got the owner, a wacko named Joe, who proceeded to yell at me, blame everything on the Democrats, and go off on a tangent about his son playing tennis. I couldn't get a word in, he just yelled over me whenever I tried to ask about my order. The only thing he said in his 20 minute rant, was that my order was processed and shipping from the warehouse in Florida. When I hung up, I turned to one of my co-workers and commented that I don't know how this guy has a business. Right then my cell phone rang, and it was this guy Joe-he called me back to continue his rant about his son's tennis game! I told him that was great for him and his son, but I needed to hang up, but please get my order shipped. Another few days and nothing. I emailed Joe again at the Sarah Calhoun email, and this time he said he had not been paid for my order. He said even though the charge showed up on my end, the credit card company hadn't paid him. I told him the whole thing is BS. I got in touch with my cc company, disputed the charge, and got my money back. I started reading reviews about this guy and everyone has the same experience as me. Somebody has to get involved and put this guy Joe in jail for fraud. Please--do NOT ever buy anything from www.discountgolfco.com!!!

I had made multiple purchases through them. First order was paid, never delivered. Had phone conversations and emails saying they had problems with their bank processing and I would need to resubmit order. They sent via email what looked like a fake proof of purchase for me to take to my bank to challenge purchase and get reversal (fake refund receipt). They then offered a $25 discount code for the trouble and I applied that to a reorder and now I have been waiting 6 months for some golf grips. I got excuse after excuse, storm in Florida closed warehouse and airports due to flooding, issue with shipping company. Now they send the same reply emails on repeat saying "shipping this week". This website should be shut down immediately for scamming people out of their hard earned money. I have asked for a refund multiple times for this order and have received nothing, and that's after asking for updated shipping details which were never provided.
