This company has sent me a tracking number that never shipped my clothes . Filed dispute with my CC received provisional credit . CC needed tracking number from company this is what they do to stall a refund they print a shipping label without shipping . I have fraud protection but do yourself a favor do not buy anything from this shady site . What a headache.

Don’t order

I’ve purchased from her multiple times but it’s a hit or miss. I’ve tried being nice but last time I purchased from her she stopped replying and it’s frustrating seeing her put out new pieces when you haven’t received your order. I DM’s her on multiple platforms and emails plenty of times but no response. I’m not saying you’ll never get your order but the pieces are too pricey to chance MAYBE receiving it.

Update!

I never received the orders I placed in March 2022. Last communication was around September 2022 when I received an email from the customer service out of the blue asking me if I received one of the items I ordered. I responded that I did not receive it and provided the tracking number they asked for in the initial email and I have not heard from any one since. Like wtf is that about lol Brand is weird as hell. She makes me wanna do something to her fr just playing with people time and money

Never received my order

I placed an order on July 1st 2022. On the 30th of July I was notified that it was “shipped.” On the 20th of August it said that my order was “on its way.” Never received the item. On September 24th I had gone through their website and emailed them asking for the status of my order. I never received a response. Today November 25th, I wrote on their Instagram page under the most recent post that had been posted 30 minutes prior that I never received my order. She limited the comments so you can no longer see mine. Don’t shop with her, it’s waste of money. Hopefully I can call the bank to dispute the transaction.

8 Months No Response

I ordered 2 pairs of pants from their website 8 months ago. Ive sent countless emails, texts and even commented on their Instagram posts (comments get deleted) over the months hoping to get any type of response. Complete silence. I even thought maybe my emails were not going through so i emailed from multiple addresses. Still nothing.
Its really annoying to not get any communication, and then see them posting about new ready to ship items on their page. As well as see the designers going on vacations and living lavish basically because they are stealing from our pockets with no care or intention to even deliver the product we paid for.

DO NOT ORDER!

I ordered and sent emails because weeks have passed and I received no email in regards to my order other than the initial "Thank You For Your Order" email. When you contact them, they do not answer emails or texts on the number they provided to be used for customer assistance. Worst part is, I placed 2 orders not just 1. Her website states that you can get aa refund after 8 weeks if you don't get your order but how are we supposed to eta a refund when they don't answer? I also realized that they will only answer emails/texts that don't inquire about an order specifically, only general inquires. I emailed to ask about pants sizing and they response but when I sent many emails about my orders, no response. She only send products to celeb clients which is real bad business for her. I'm not trying to pray on no ones downfall but I hope her business closes soon because she has horrible business ethic. Y'all I literally had to file a bank dispute to get my money back.

6 Months. No response

I’ve made several purchases through this company and am still yet to receive them. It’s been 6 months, I purchased all the way back in November. I’ve sent literally at least 30 emails and text messages to the place they say to send it to with NO RESPONSE BACK. It’s crazy... I don’t have Instagram but I made an account just to try and communicate through that platform too.
I’ve seen several updates saying the items I purchase where “in production” and “finishing production” months ago.
I’m lost at what to do at this point...
I spent around 500$ here. The fact that I can’t even get a response is ridiculous

Please do not waste your money they are unreliable and do not stand by their standards that are on on their website when it comes to sending a refund the material is not all of that serious to spend that amount of money and you can find a similar dress at another boutique

I placed an order 3/14/2020. When placing an order it is said the process can take 3-4 weeks. After a month (4/16/2020 to be exact) I reached out to customer service and they told me my order was shipped already but I never received any confirmation. I was assured they were going to help but then no response. I reached back out 5/6/20, no response. Reached out again on 5/9/20 and was told my order would be shipped soon. I received an email saying my order was shipped 5/22/20 but the tracking hasn’t been updated since. In between this time period, the business also has been stocking new items so I placed another order on 6/10/20, thinking that the first order was delayed due to covid-19. I reached out to support on 6/15/20 (in regards to the first order) and was told they were shipping orders throughout the week. I finally requested a refund on 7/5/20 for the first item and was told my order has definitely been shipped but the tracking has yet to be updated. I received an email in regards to the second order I placed being shipped on 7/7/20 but the tracking for that has not been updated yet either. They are both “awaiting to be dropped off with the carrier.” I reached out to customer support once again on 7/14/20 but have yet to get any response. On social media (Twitter) there are multiple other people who have gone public about having the same experience with this business.

Same problem ! I’ve been waiting on my jacket since DECEMBER. I never receive any responses or updates about my order. I’ve been given a big run around, then she says she can’t refund me unless the item is returned, but the item was never even sent out. She’s a real [censored].
