I want to congratulate you on your employment at Dimax.
My name is Lisa Marinnuci and I will be working side by side with you
during your orientation process as a virtual assistant and compliance
coordinator.
We have carefully studied your record and I look forward to working with
you.
Your "Employment Letter" would be issued after your training/orientation
has been completed.
The purpose of your orientation is to evaluate your ability towards this
position, your start date may be [tomorrow] or another mutually agreed
date but you may need to go through the basic orientation today.
You will report directly to me for now as I will be the one to guide you
through your orientation and your first task and I expect you to start
the orientation immediately.
What we do:
We design mobile web applications to help people with disabilities get
their study resources which help them study and lead a healthy, happy
and productive lives.
Briefing:
We are currently providing necessary resources and the use of
accommodation to centers occupied by students with learning disabilities
(LD) in order to make them complete their assignments as other students
at the same time. One of these resources is by exposing them to Hybrid
Teachers—a new kind of professionals who creatively builds bridges
between curriculum and students using our apps. This provides them with
intensive, direct instruction which is supposed to make a difference.
Job Summary:
As a Compliance Coordinator, you are in charge of facilitating the
web-based learning services and providing assistance to its users.
You would also be in charge of tracking expenses and distributing
reports and resource evaluation.
Some of these tools are only available on a central admin store that
you'll be exposed to so you can easily secure them.
An Admin account would be assigned to you with all the admin privileges
during your orientation.
Your orientation is a 30 minutes video conference with which the
coordinator to the center would be joining us.
You would be taught on how to make use of the platform and how to secure
the needed tools as you make progress during your orientation.
Finance process:
Funds for your first assignment would be sent to your email as an
Electronic Bank Check. E-check is a fund delivery service that endorses
and guarantees check delivery faster through email as we do not have the
luxury of time to lavish on courier services. This process will save you
the stress of having to purchase stamps, envelopes or going to the
mailbox/post office as this is a 99% remote job.
This process only requires that you Download and print the check.
After downloading the check, you can immediately make the deposit on
your mobile app and proceed with your tasks, all these can be done at
the comfort of your home.
After your orientation, you can decide if you want your salary to be a
direct deposit or whatever method seems easy for you.
Pre-Orientation:
Right now, you will only need to purchase a Business Check Paper to
print the needed check, this check paper is sold for only ($25) at any
Stationery store, Office Depot or OfficeMax. (You will be re-reimburse
for the cost of supplies).
Get the Business Check Paper today and proceed by sending me an email of
confirmation that you have it.
Also, do confirm that you have a printer to do the printings needed.
I need you to deposit the check into your account as early as you can,
so that the check will meet today's cut-off time. Usually, the check
will clear in time at most the next business day, and that will enable
you to meet up with this week's deadline.
Usually, we pay our new employees their bill in the first week in order
to enable them to carry out their duties efficiently without having to
fall short on cash.
