Purchased two jackets, 99.95$ and 79.95$. Keep getting the run around about the order being shipped, so after 30 days of waiting, I contacted PayPal. PayPal told me that they would give them a week to reply and they would give me back my money. From reading all these comments, I’m wondering why PayPal is still dealing with these people. There should be a flag or something on them, but they continue to work with them. That tells me a lot. The product is supposed to have shipped from China and now I remember, that I purchased a product from Walmart through them. They are a large company evidently and have very poor service and are very shady.

Possible scam! hyperarch hypersoft shoes / lovemyarches ad

Was sucked in by the promises of these shoes. The site offered a 45 day return policy. Figured that was safe enough, considering the glowing reviews.

The shoe arrived in a plastic bag with no receipt, just a thank you note. I never even got a digital receipt. Not only is there no arch support to these shoes (their big claim) they have a heel that forces my toes to slide forward.

Emailed a return request to them on business day 14, they are saying they have a 14 day policy and won’t honor the 45 day policy. They also subscribed me to an ongoing email called “MyNuve” that I never subscribed to (and keep unsubscribing to).

Further, the company is based out of Germany, but the shoes were shipped from China—Not exactly a transparent product chain. I generally don’t buy products from China as I don’t agree with their environmental manufacturing practices.

I opened a ticket with PayPal and will be sticking with sites with return policies that are actually honored from now on, like Amazon, Zappos, and the walking company!

This company is NOT trusworthy!

I've been dealing with this company since December 2022. I placed an order that somehow due to a system glitch (which I am sure was by design)was processed 3 times. I noticed immediately and reported the error and requested the additional cancelation of the other 2 orders. They informed me that they could not do so and that I had to wait until the order arrived and then return the additional product at my cost for a full refund. It took them 45 days to deliver the order but only 2 items were in it. I contacted them again and they ingnored me. I contacted PayPal and then they produced a tracking number for the additional item. I am 100% sure it was generated after I contacted PayPal. Then I had to wait again for the item to arrive and pay out of pocket to return it. It cost me half the cost of the item to send it back with all the paperwork they requested. I have been and continue to fight with them to return my money. I send everything back according to the instructions and I got a delivery confirmation from the Postal Service, still they claim I must return the item in order to receive my refund. Furthermore, they have now given me a different address to which I should return the product, which is impossible for me since I already shipped it to them to the address originally given. This company is a nightmare and I doubt very much I will ever see my money. BUYER BEWARE! THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!

Tagteam scam aka Paypal and Digital Innovation

Its now Nov 22, 2022. I returned my sneakers unopened Jul 2022, i contacted PayPal and Digital Innovation. PayPal is still billing me inspite of my disputes, proof of return from the Post Office,etc. These two companies are clearly working together to SCAM us. Its a nightmare!

Received order (2 large hoodies, grey and green) after waiting for a month. Items were wrong size (XXL) and color. Called to return, which isn't easy, and was told I have to pay for return shipping costing me $39! Don't fall for slick advertising (in my case on youtube). It remains to be seen if I will receive a full refund, which is currently in dispute through PayPal. If you make the mistake of buying from them, document everything!

Purchased three pair of Hyper shoes. Called they said it was shipping soon. I received one pair weeks later and they are China junk. Never received the other two pair. Paypay chose to deny the return of my purchase and I told them I would return they said can not after 14 days. They lied said they shipped the two pair but I never received them. The person I talk to said they were going to send shoes and I can return within 14 days. To this day have not received. How can paypal and this company not send the products and not return for the two pair I did not receive. I would take the shoes and donate to charity. The one pair I did receive was poor quality and the wrong size.

This is a very sophisticated scam. I say so because they entrapped me in their web of lies, deceit and obfuscation.
So much truth in the old latin proverb "Caveat Emptor" Let the buyer beware!

I ordered 2ea Baer tactical hoodies about a month ago. I finally got the one order, yeeeshhhh Chinese junk. not what was represented online. The other order? Lost in Space?. maybe it shows up...maybe not. Total money wasted about $115.00. It is not so much the money. I thought wow this product sounds and looks really nice for $50-$60 (sounds too good to be true)! HA! Guess what!? It is! Lesson learned. Do some homework people. It is all out there online with many negative reviews of this company.

Bad Business!!!

I ordered the hypersoft sneakers and received them 3 weeks later. Once I put them on I walked around the house 20 steps and realized that they weren't comfortable for me and wanted to return them. They didn't supply return shipping, so I paid $12.65 to ship them back to the address they gave me in an email. I never heard from them for 3 weeks after I returned them so I called and was told they didn't receive the item and I must give them a tracking number. I gave them a tracking number and they then said okay since you have a tracking number we will refund you in the next 7 to 10 days. I thought it was horrible business that I had actually had to give them a tracking number in order for them to decide to return them and that they didn't freely tell me that they received them so I wrote a complaint back to them. Instead of apologizing they told me that they have reviewed my return and that because my shoes were used they are unable to refund my $49.95! What?! What business does that! It's absolutely insane it's such bad business especially since it wasn't true. I had put those shoes on to see if they fit in my house never walked outside the house and only put them on once and walked around for 20 steps. How does that make them used? I seriously have to tell you guys to stay away from this business. Any review that's stating it's a good business is actually coming from within. What a scam.

I complained yesterday on this site because I had not received my Bearskin sweaters. I just want to say that I was wrong. My items were shipped and the company reached out to me already to reassure me that everything was shipped.
That was very good. This company is actually good. Most likely problems with shipping and there is a lot of delays with shipping these days.

I sure hope they come through for you. They have been lying to me since December. The product arrived alright but only after I reported them and in spite of the fact that I had cancelled the order on the same day it was placed! The product was returned and instructed and the money is still no where to be seen! Good luck to you.

Doesn’t Match Up

I ordered HyperSoft sneakers from this Digital Innovation Ventures GmbH on 1/7/22 for $49.95. It’s been 3 weeks no sneakers. The tracking number they gave me doesn’t work. Last update I got was on 1/15 saying it was shipped. 2 weeks later still no sneakers. I do understand deliveries are taking longer than expected bc of COVID Pandemic situation but all I want is some sort of communication to when I might be receiving my sneakers. I’ve called the number they provided but no answer, sent emails which is the only way which seems to be able to communicate with them. Told me they get back to me in 48 hrs still no luck. I looked up the number they provided & it’s to a Company named By Nicole. I looked up on their website for the Order Number I was given by Digital Innovation Ventures which is where my payment went & it seems By Nicole doesn’t have my order through them. So how is it that I have a number from the company who I supposedly bought these sneakers from then when I look up the number the Companies DOESN’T MATCH UP?!?!?!
Im getting a bad feeling this is a SCAM! I’ll have to open up a case with PayPal & hope they can get this resolved. They have a few times in the past so hoping they can come through again. It feels like it’s just not safe anymore to order online. It suck’s & disappointing to know others will take advantage of people especially during these times. :( :(

Purchased bra at full price (online ad) AOL. Received code for discount if I bought additional quantity. Shame on me, I did. Total out $107.85 for both.
Contacted company (e-mail is the ONLY option), received labels and directions to return for a refund. The package was delivered to their warehouse, per the label, and not to where returns should be mailed? PayPal only intervenes for two specific reasons, this is not one of them. I mailed using the label provided, have proof of delivery from FedEx and cannot do a thing about getting my refund. BEWARE!
I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB, won't help me because this company is NOT AFFILIATED, go figure. At least I will feel some relief knowing a potential buyer may read my complaint and save a poor sole from falling into this consumer nightmare!

This is a scam company that markets on AOL and elsewhere with attractive ads for sneakers, bras and other items. I ordered sneakers and didn't hear anything for over 2 weeks. My inquiry was finally answered in German! All I wanted was a status on the transaction and my sneakers. I paid via Paypal and when I queried the company again they claimed because I opened a case in Payipal they couldn't help me. This is a Catch-22 because Paypal said to first try to work with the vender (I tried). I am going to stop ordering anything online that looks too good to be true.

I bought 2 bras from this company for 87.00 usd. i received them a week or two later. they were supposed to be the same size but one is larger than the other. I didn't realize they were coming from china. I could tell they came across in cargo because they both smell like pesticide, which is commonly used. It is very bad stuff for our health btw. they came by way of yunan transportation . Nothing came with it no identifying information and definitely no return options. They are also terrible fitting bras/ No support at all unless you have a smaller chest that could go braless. If I leaned over.. spillage and in the meantime the back would slip. No adjustments and the hooks were very rough in the front.

I ordered four bras from this company on OCT.6 they were called the lacey bra and they looked nice on the computer but when i received one they didn't have a way to adjust the strips i emailed the company and told them not to send the other three and that i wanted a refund they emailed me back and wanted me to keep the one i had and they would give me a percentage of my money or i could send the one i had back and pay the return fee and i return it NOV10 and they got it the 12 i have the tracking number and they want refund my money i went though Paypal and they are not trying to help either.
