THIS COMPANY STOLE MY MONEY ALONG WITH THE MERCHANT (ALTRA FOREX ,OLIVER MURPHY) BY NOT SENDING IN THE REFUND,REQUEST WITHIN THE REFUNED TIME PERIOD!
SO THEY SAID!..SO THE KEPT THE INTIAL 102 DOLLARS AND PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ANOTHER 102 DOLLARS TO MY CREDIT CARD 3 MONTHS LATER!...AND THEY SAID THAT I DIDN'T APPLY FOR THE REFUND IN TIME WAS WHY I COULDN'T GET MY MONEY BACK, WHICH WAS A TOTAL LIE!..I APPLIED FOR THE REFUND A WEEK AFTER I BOUGHT THE MERCHANDISE!...CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT IT THEY KEEP HAGING UP ON ME AND NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE WHEN THEY SEE MY NUMBER!THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTAL 100% SCAMMERS!..TOTAL THIEVES!..PEOPLE!, DONT DEAL WITH THEM!...THEY ARE TERRIBLE!

The lost frontier handbook was presented in paperback and described as such, after completeing the payment the website said " wait theres more", and another 12 books, maybe 13 were presented in paperback form. I purchased what seemed like another paperback set of books, and then after checkout I get a email that said the "upsale" set of books is digital. Now when dealing with disasters, there will be no power, no way to actually use the digital representation of the books....I felt taken advantage of, lied to and manipulated based on the above. I contacted them and there is a no return clause on there terms of service, it seems sketchy at best after that moment....I don't expect for anything to happen to them legally, but you should definitely look into them and put a warning label of some sort on them for potential fraud and scams.

Undelivered Merchandise- Digistore24

I ordered a hardcopy book, "Foragers Guide to Wild Foods" after 3 weeks I didn't receive the book so I contacted vendor and Digistore said that I ordered the digital copy so I wouldn't get hardcopy. I told them I didn't receive digital copy or hardcopy. I only wanted the hardcopy so where is it? Then they told me that I had to pay approx. $10.00 more to get hardcopy. I told them that was false advertising since it said $37.00 for hardcopy. Then I told Rep since they weren't sending hardcopy for her to cancel everything since I didn't receive anything. That's when I contacted my bank to cancel payment. Since Sept. I have gotten numerous threatening emails asking for payment or else they would ruin my credit, call collection agency, and have me blacklisted on other online sites so I couldn't order online. Seriously? I emailed them that it was illegal and unethical to demand payment for not providing a product. After the threatening email I received today, I decided to contact ScamPulse.com so others would not be hurt by this fraudulent company, Digistore24. Shame on them!
