Unauthorized transactions were made from my bank account. On March 11th, 2024, I noticed that two separate charges of $2.00 and $39.99 were debited from my account, and on March 17th, 2024, an additional charge of $29.99 was made without my permission.

I want to make it clear that I did not authorize any of these transactions.

I hope that you will take immediate action to rectify this situation, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I told them in an email that I would be forced to report this as fraud to my bank and to the BBB.
