Paid for energy audit prior to replacing my windows and for another after replacing them. Kevin & Devon submitted paperwork to a service org called Greenbrain Inc, they had confirmed that paperwork was submitted but some documents were outstanding. I was told I had to re-do my 2nd audit and pay out of pocket for it since Kevin & Devon are basically scammers and based on internet searches it does appear to be the case. Their website no longer exists, company no longer listed on google, and phones are not in service. doesn't seem like ill be getting my money back from these two.

Two payments were made to McCormick Energy/Kevin and Devon McCormick in 2023. Multiple attempts were made to communicate and to request completion of work. Later, requested a full refund of amount paid for services not rendered to industry standards or to completion. When reached by email, responses were deceitful and blame was falsely redirected. I have been in contact with agencies and government officials regarding this matter. Currently seeking legal representation. More than 55 HER+ applicants have reportedly had a similar experience with the McCormicks. Paid another company to complete my HER+ application.

Both father and son have ghosted us. Enbridge unable to locate even an application so no rebate now.

Wasn’t provided either audit or even a file number so can’t track which rebate program they filed for on our behalf.

It’s been nearly 10 months since the 2nd audit and nothing.

Energy audit was needed to receive the government rebate for home heat pumps.

He came for the pre audit paid the 500.00 had the heat pump installed then he came backnout to complete the 2nd audit which is required fir final submissions.

Paid him 250.00

We have exhausted all numbers and companies including Enbridge.

Nothing can be done for our government rebate of 5600.00

Have now found out our neighbor is in the same situation.

This should never have been acceptable on the government, all paperwork should have been given to the homeowners for us to submit.

This was the easiest scam they ever allowed to happy.

Kevin McCormick, his father, just as bad. Ghosted us for months. Luckily we had an Enbridge file number and were able to follow up with them. Just heard that they finally submitted the last info needed to Enbridge - so a year after they got paid, maybe we'll see the rebate. I am angry that they continue to sell themselves as energy advisors, and wish there was some centralized place to warn others!
