Devine Mart- Online Tech Support Scam Reports & Reviews (2)

They made me think my computer was scammed & they could fix it. They got into my bank account and put in auto deduction. I was able to stop it at the bank but still having trouble changing my social security. My bank showed me & gave me a copy of a check that they made that the bank stopped payment on of $349 after asking me if I ever saw the check that Devine Mart made up.

On August 27, 2023, I answered a question in my email and my computer began flashing, froze, and said do not turn off your computer. A telephone number 877-662-1382 appeared on the screen and represented itself as Microsoft Support Team. I called the number and talked to Mr. Martin from Devine Mart who downloaded 2 programs onto my computer. The programs turned out to be Malware which I had to remove from my computer. This company is NOT related to Microsoft and is a scam. I agreed to pay $399 by check and received the following information:

Support ID # : G 46259.

Support # 315-757-0469/518-641-1333

Company Name: Quick Help 24*7

Email: [email protected]

Website: Quickhelp24-7.com

Services: One Year

Marchant Name: Devine Mart

Amount: $399.00

I did not send the check and removed programs from my computer and took other action to secure my personal information.

Pay to order: Devine Mart
