An individual that portrayed himself to be Joshua Frank approached me in at Lowe’s in Jonesboro, AR. He stated that he was here on a job installing equipment and an extra protector and screen that he did not need. He offered to sell them to me for $2000 and stated that the items were valued at $4000. He went through and entire explanation of how great these products were and top of the line. I purchased the equipment and gave him a check for $2000. He wrote a receipt and gave me business cards. Thereafter, I began inspecting the products, and they were a complete misrepresentation. They were valued at $250. He had immediately cashed the check and refused to return my money and he has since disappeared.
