They have an ad on Instagram called Blind date with a book where you order a book that is wrapped up and it's a surprise until you open it. They sent me a printed paper of a copy of a book cover with a few pages of that book stapled together. They just photocopied some of a Nicholas Sparks book and mailed it to me.

I ordered 6 books from Detectionk's "Last Day Sale 57% off -Blind date with a book" sale. Two Fantasy, two Fiction, and two Mystery. I paid $99.55 for these expecting 6 FULL books specially wrapped with a couple added gifts in each of the packages such as stickers, bookmarks, etc. The tracking link provided showed that the package was coming from somewhere in Spain. It was transferred to a second place in Spain before going through the customs of Spain, departing to the USA and going through customs of the USA. That was the last update I had received. After two more weeks of no upadates, a single package came. It did not had international labeling on it like I would expect it to, coming from Europe. Instead, it's return address was Dallas, Texas. The package contained 6 individually wrapped skinny leaflet/pamphlet-like sized things all authored by the same person, and all in the soft romance genre. They aren't even completed works. One ends with the last sentence cut off in the middle, one ends with a chapter 3 header and nothing following it, and the third ends in the middle of a conversation. So, they are simply excerpts. The items included with them were cheep, ugly pieces that honestly didn't reflect the genre like they were supposed to. When I reached out to the support team email, the ONLY contact information given on the confirmation email and on the website, I sent them pictures of the Incorrect items I got as well as the Correct confirmation order I had received. They initially offered $10 return, then $12, then $15 when I persisted that the order was incorrect and that the items sent were incomplete in and of themselves. They kept repeating that the manufacturer insists that what was sent to me was indeed correct, despite my proof otherwise. I offered to send the items back for a full refund, as I do not want any part of the order. They argued that the freight cost too much to do so. The issue is still unresolved and I'm probably just going to end up taking the loss.

I ordered a retro console after seeing ads on social media. Within hours after ordering, I sent a cancellation request due to the reviews online. They emailed me 24 hours later stating that the item shipped and can’t be canceled. I’ve been going back and forth with them for the last 20 days or so and they refuse to refund my money. They provided a couple of fake tracking numbers with conflicting information.

The store Detectionk is advertising their product in Facebook in selling an 8k camera drone and illegally marketing it because what they send out is a counterfeit product that looks nothing like the picture , nor fits the description advertised on their listing nor on the receipt. They advertise drone with a tv screen, and you don’t get that. Most importantly, they advertised it coming with an 8k camera,

The ability to take photos and videos but instead what they sell is a drone without either of those two items. It has the place of a camera and a hole with no camera. I’m more than happy to provide all the documentation that you need to provide proof that I was scammed by them and received a counterfeit product. I need a Drone with the ability to take photos and pictures and instead got a toy drone that I’m unable to use it to perform my job. My receipt also shows camera 8K which I didn’t get.
