Type of a scam Online Purchase

My uncle saw an add on Facebook for a cream that he thought my aunt would like. The company informed him that they would send a sample at no cost only paying $5.95 in shipping. That did not happen. They sent the small sample and charged $85.96 on his credit card. When my aunt did not like the product and sent it back and tried to call, the number that they were given was a robot prompt call that talked about AT&T, then Direct TV, then to press (one) 1 if you are over 65, then directed you to Medicare. Strangest call I have heard. So there was no way to get in contact with the company at all. He then noticed that packages of cream kept coming and he would send them back and each month they were charging his credit card. We had to get his bank involved and file a fraudulent charge, still not able to contact this "so-called company".

They are a scam, they then changed their business name and kept charging his credit card. The bank had a different phone number for them so he called that and finally spoke to a person informing them to stop sending creams he did not ask for and to cancel any account he had with them, stop any charges and so forth. We are prepared to litigate this issue if necessary.

I advise that no person get involved with this company. They will stop at nothing to gain access to your credit card and then proceed to charge you as much as they want, as often as they want even if you decline, send back, call to cancel etc. SCAM SCAM SCAM! We ended up finding their Facebook page and there was only 19 people who liked it and the comments on the page were all of similar and horrific details of scams and fraud. SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN!!!!!!
