Pocket printer scam

I ordered a pocket printer months ago and it still says shipped and when i try to track it. It’s says invalid shipping address. I have tried to reach out to the company multiple times to get my money back but I have heard absolutely nothing.

They never replied to my inquiry regarding the shipment of the product I ordered AND HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. Never received the product I purchased. I'm especially upset because I found them via an instagram advertisement so I assumed they are a legit company. Won't ever click on an instagram ad again.

Never received package

Ordered back massager on September 23. Received email in October saying they would send me tracking once arrived in US. NOTHING. This order should be tracked via SHOP but they deleted it from my account. No replies to weekly emails asking where my order is. I contacted Instagram and told them to remove from platform for scamming.

Sorry I Fell For a Scam

I ordered two Harry Potter inspired wands that should've arrived several months ago. Last I heard from them I asked about the items just to be told that the wands were coming from another country and once they were delivered to their business it would be shipped to me with a tracking number.

I am very saddened that I was scammed because those wands were important gifts I wanted to give to a friend. I lost out on about $50 or so.

Oh well, what's done is done but I know karma will hit these people hard if it hasn't already. Scammers should be ashamed of themselves, taking advantage of people who work hard for their money.

I kept asking when my shipment was coming in and they kept saying it was delayed. Last correspondence I got was on november 22, 2023 and that was it. I was charged 24.85 on my credit card

Completely missing package

Ordered a gift for somebody and of course it never came. They said I had “incomplete address information” but I had my street name, address number, zip code, city, state, everything. They claimed the package was at my local USPS office and so I go there in person and they tell me that they hadn’t received any package of that sort. Don’t get scammed, don’t buy anything off these people.

I have been emailing with these fakers for months. Telling me my order has been delivered and of course they don’t provide any means of confirmation. It blows my mind how when you email, they literally just say the same thing over and over.

I ordered the pocket printer on 8/28. Today is 11/30 and I still haven’t received. When I reached out in October they said it would be here by 10/29. It’s still not here. They will not refund my money and told me I have to wait till I get it and then return it. This is the worst customer service and scam I have experienced.

I ordered a neck massager on September 13,2023. I didn't get my item until November 2023. I've been emailing them since November 14, 2023. They keep saying they will send the correct item. I ordered a neck massager and they sent a phone holder. They continue to say let me check on your order. Send pictures and I've done so. I offered to return the phone holder several times. Today is November 22, 2023 and they continue to say let me see what's going on with your order. No resolution so this is obviously a scam.

finallyyyyy got my refund - you have to go through your own credit card app and * file a dispute * (attach all proof/emails to a collage maker cus it only lets you upload one photo proof and you need to show all the proof). So yeah, ten days later - I got my refund from that loser after three whole months of him bs-ing. So please try that.

I bought a gift in June to give to my husband for Father’s Day. I never received it. Multiple times I asked for the tracking info and was told each time that my package would arrive by the next week. Now I’m being completely ignored.

I ordered a pocket printer back in June. In August I got something in the mail from them but it was 2 rear view mirror phone mounts. I email them and they said they will ship a new product out. According to them it was supposed to be here beginning of September. Now it’s September 25 and I’m annoyed so I’m going back and forth with them and cursing because I’m pissed and all they’re saying is it’s delivered or to be respectful

Fake Company?

Ordered, waited several months.
When I enquired I was asked to give them 24 hours to look into it, then they give me some bogus info that shipping is still pending, then more bogus info, then after 2 months they have submitted a partial refund, no explanation. Have not seen the money for this refund yet!

Seems like a fake company taking you for a ride.

Ordered pocket printer no follow up at all. Requested an update and received 1 email that it was being processed to be patient. 1 month). 2 weeks, again no word or update. Request send and no answer. Filed a dispute with my CC company. Now post office says it was delivered. No package and their response, "we have it as delivered" end of the road for them I guess even if it wasn't received. Filing a missing package report this week. Aweful experience all the way around. Out $42 and they were gifts so I had to replace from another company. I'm tellin ya don't do it. Some companies just making money in the shadows.
