Order placed on 1/17/2026 via their website Delvyna.com (https://delvyna.com/). Tracking information (https://www.track718.com/en/detail?nums=LCWL20818704YQ) shows the package was delivered on 2/19/2026. The package was not delivered to my home; and I have checked with the neighbors and USPS. After multiple emails sent to customer service, they insist that the package was not delivered by USPS, but their own "shipping partner" but they refuse to provide me with the "shipping partner" phone number or address so I can follow-up with them directly. I have requested a full refund multiple times, and their response is a 60% refund.
