Type of a scam Online Purchase

I contacted through the website interested in one of their weimaraner puppies. The husband “Mr. Jackson Simmons” texted me telling me his wife will email me information and ask me questions regarding the sale of the puppy. I responded to the wife via email Sabrina simmons was her supposed name. They said they’d sell me the female weimaraner for $750 50% off due to their next liter of puppies being due the “28th of next month” and $250 to have the pup shipped to my front door with a courier. I responded to the email telling them my story of how well i’ll take care of the pup. They responded to my email saying I needed so send them $500 then sign a contract and send the last $500 and they’ll “unfailingly” send the puppy after. what made me start investigating besides how good to be true this was becoming was they said they’ll only except payment via Apply pay and Chime which both do not have fraud security. I investigated and googled the cell number only to find this report word for word matching what i’m experiencing. Luckily I have not and will not send them money. So sad.

I'm so glad you caught this before you sent them money. I did not and I learned the hard way when the courier wanted an additional $950 for crate rental because the breeders didn't send the correct crate. After trying to contact "Sabrina and Jackson" I realized I had gotten screwed and didn't send the additional $950 :(
