BBB: please note that I responded to their email as follows after learning via Malware tips that this was a scam. I tried to cancel on their website which didn't work. They have not gotten any money from me but do have my credit card information, which I had entered to pay for parking with my parking app when the Starller app popped up.

I did not sign up for this "Free trial" and there's no way that your website allows cancellation when I try to cancel. Any account information, email address or password, including what you have listed above in this email, shows up as invalid.
This is obviously a third party scam when I was trying to pay for parking today. Cancel this bogus deal immediately. I've already notified my credit card company not to pay this and have reported this to the BBB, and FTC*****************************
