On June 6th 2025 I ordered a brand new grill from a company that I saw advertised on facebook, from Dealisland.co. On June 9th 2025 I got a confirmation email from [email protected] stating the large item I ordered had shipped via ocean freight not realizing it was coming from australia. Between August 12th 2025 and October 19th 2025, 24 more emails back and forth regarding the status of the shipment with multiple excuses including being held up in logistics and needing to be reshipped. Then between October 20th 2025 and February 15th 2026 several more emails. On November 19th 2025, I received a picture of a shipping label with my address on it but clearly not my signature. Now, almost a year later, the website is not even accessible.
