I hired David Coolidge to build a 40 x60 storage barn and I had a contract. He started the building by pouring a footer which there were some issues with and then he just walked away never to be seen again. I had paid him 34000 in two separate checks one fo materials and the other for labor. The materials only cost him 20000which means that he had 14000 left to put towards labor. After the footer was poured he just left never to be seen again. I tried contacting him and he would not answer the phone or call me back. He also would not answer my emails.
