I received a call from publisher clearing house saying I won left phone number to contact Dave Sawyer and Todd

He got me to drive to Walmart, then wanted me to go in and purchase Vanilla gift cards. When I called him out he hung up. Phone number he called from was a West Virginia number (681) 233 1662. PCH will not require you to pay for prizes. They adamantly state that. And I was already skeptical because it has been over a year since I even entered any PCH lotto's. I gave up on that a long time ago. Waste of time.

I was notified by a Mr Moore who said he was representing Dave Sawyer and told me I won, he would pay off my credit cards and then I would have money to pay for vanilla cards to pay the taxes and then all the checks came back so all of my credit cards are now over by almost twice. Mr Moore said there was a mistake and he would fix it.He vanished with my money and my credit.

Received call and man stated that I had won a 2017 Mercedes Benz and $1.3 million dollars. Stated that I must pay the taxes on the car of $1000.00. Said it must be sent via Western Union. I'm not sure if he called on my cell phone or home phone.
