March 22, 2023 Bryan Hardy, ext: 92036 toll free# 1-855-951-1211 case ID# 1586964730I Quickbooks, a person with heavy accent, my data was corrupt 85%. My CPA said earlier during the month my file crashed her computer, so I immediately believed him and it most likely it was he worked on it for about 3 hours with computer remote with a business app called DATA SERVICE SOLUTION 855-955-2048 support desk. Billing Desk 855-954-6208 He wiped my computer to original settings reinstalled QB desktop 2022. I had to pay today 5000.00 plus tax for this service today. a total $ 5414.00 I did and then he wanted me to sign documents that my QuickBooks was running correctly. with no time to really check. Requesting Serivce Agreement and payment Authorization Form.

Dec 12, 2023 I was called by Quickbooks, a heavy accent man named Spencer, TODAY he wanted another 5000.00 my file was not updating (I am giving you the short story) He fished for some other quirk going on in my program Trust me more than once, I want to be your account manager. I told him I just went though this thing in March 2023 I paid for 1 year. This is unrelated he assured me. Conversation was a lot he kept saying to trust him. Well, anxiety overwhelmed me and I started to cry. 2499.99 TODAY then 2499.99 in March 2024. I told him I cannot make a decision I am too upset and needed to talk to someone I know. He said I will fix your computer for no charge and I will call in January 2024. so he directed me to Eric Smith heavy accent 888-738-0944. ext 92038. Account ID: 012203235771 yes, he uninstalled and wanted to upgrade to 2023 i said no While he was fixing my QB data my son heard my conversation and called Quickbooks, directly, Sarah Rachel, HANG UP IMMEDIATELY. QUICKBOOKS NEVER CALL CLIENTS,ALWAYS CALL QUICKBOOKS SUPPORT DIRECTLY they use Glance guest app to fix issues.So, I DID they have been calling ever since I blocked their numbers they are calling my landline also. Quickbooks Community advised to buy a newer version and change my license, my info is on CAMP what ever that is I don't expect to get my 5414.58 back, but I am trying to ALERT everyone who works hard for their money and not steal from others. I think they fixed the problem but who knows if they put something in my computer to keep corrupting data to come to the rescue at a high costs, when they could use their talent honestly. I kinds think he was out of this country and used usa company to remote my computer but just a thought
