Like many other prior comments and on several other platforms, Darwin is a con artist and fraud, and will lie to you from the very beginning to get your business. Save yourself the headache and money by going with a legit alternative that is actually certified and experienced. He will give countless of excuses to extend the timeline, gives you a pity story or convinces you that he needs advance payment in order to finish the project, in which he and his crew is completely incapable of, and then ghosts you. Google him and you will find so much more information to decide whether you want to deal with him or not. This man is a criminal - BEWARE!

This guy is a fake and a phony. Darwin does horrible substandard work with illegal untrained laborers. My floors are left uneven and half done. My walls with only one coat and not painted at the very top. I was even sexually harassed. I was scammed out of $8,000. Then I found out he is unlicensed and ripped off several other people. Do not hire this crook he belongs in jail!

This person offers home improvement on Facebook. After getting conned by this person I found out he has multiple complaints against him. He presents himself as a profesional Architect, he will send a crew of people to do a job for a few hours and then disappears into thin air. Beware!
