The address on a letter I received is not listed for the attorney. I received a letter stating it's from a debt collector and trying to collect $92.00. The license plate listed is not mine and I have never been to the address in Georgia where the parking violation supposedly happened as I live across the country. When I called the attorney website number he answered and told me he handles parking violations. He is in Colorado. I am in California. I have submitted communication from the MVD stating the car is not in my name. I am still getting letters for collection. Gloria, the lady I spoke to at Parking Revenue Recovery Services, Inc. said she doesnt care and I need to pay because THEIR information has us listed as the last owner. Funny, MVD says differently.
