I was looking for something to purchase my girlfriend for valentines day, and saw an ad on instagram for a "Rose Bear" (essentially a teddy bear made of fabric roses in a shape of a teddy bear). I did NOT proceed with the ad on instagram because I am still a little skeptical so, rather, I googled "Rose Teddy Bear" and multiple choices came up. I clicked on the second link I found which is for the 'Daily Joy Company'. They were one of the first links so I felt it would be pretty legitimate. I proceeded to purchase a 16 inch rose bear for $59.99 on February 6th 2019, with "guaranteed delivery by valentines day". They send me a 'thank you for your purchase email' claiming in the upcoming days I will receive a tracking number via email. I then referred the website to a friend of mine also because everything seemed legit, but now valentines day is here they are not responding to any emails, nor did we receive any packages or products we purchased. We have both emailed them at least 3 times asking where the tracking number is and why they are not responding. I went on 'Daily Joy Company's' facebook page and now see dozens of comments on their posts claiming the same thing as me that they never received their bears, and are not responding to any emails.
