I placed an online order for a custom sweater upon receiving the sweater. The embroidery was not to the expectations and level presented on their website, and I requested a refund my order. They requested that I return the item back to them in China out of my own pocket, which was approximately $20 of shipping so I can obtain a full refund approximately $100. I sent a follow up email recently and it looks like their website domain is no longer active.

The website shows that all items will be embroidered, handspun, and high quality products. I ordered based on the website images and quality standards. It took 6 weeks to receive only partial order. I ordered a custom rug of my dog and a custom embroidered sweatshirt of my dog. The rug arrived as a stamped, low quality image of a generic dog. I emailed their support more than 10 times asking for a refund and they keep responding with "I assure you andTrust me! Our quality is superior, and the item you bought are favored by many customers, it's definitely worth waitting". They misspell words and will not address my request for a refund. Their product is nothing like what is advertised and they do not offer a contact number or anywhere I can even leave a review. Overall I would love to get a refund but I also do not want anyone else to order from this place. It is 100% not a real business and they are scamming people and falsely advertising their merchandise.

Very real website and url. Sent an order confirmation but I ordered the product over a month ago and have not received. I have supposedly been in contact with the support team and they assure me my order is out for delivery but they said that three weeks ago and the "tracker" they gave me says my order is in China and has not been picked up by the carrier.
