They initially called offering to send me toner to try and if I liked it then they would send me the invoice for it. The following phone call was them telling me they were sending me the additional three toners that were a part of that promotion. They ended up sending me 12 toners with the corresponding invoice. Received a phone call from Todd Banks today and he stated that they were going to be sending me the remaining TWO DOZEN toners - which I did not agree to purchasing. I sent a follow up email to Jackie Reed, their customer service rep, stating that I did not place the order for that toner and I will not receive any more shipments or invoices from the company. The BBB has quite of few reviews from people having the same experiences. They call from numbers that are local to your area and when you look up their location on Google Street View it is a vacant lot.

Received a call offering a steep discount on printer toner cartridges. Was told the initial "promotional" quantity is 3 cartridges. 2 weeks after received started getting calls daily regarding payment. (BTW cartridges may be cheaper but they make it up in shipping fees charged). Verified over the phone that we would not be receiving any more shipments after the first one. Paid for the shipment yesterday and put a note on the payment "One time purchase of 3 ct. Brother TN660 Toner Cartridges. No further deliveries expected or accepted." In an attempt to prevent them sending more. Today received a call that another shipment was on the way. I told the gentleman to cancel it, however he said he couldn't guarantee he could catch it and that the initial promotional price was for 12 cartridges. This is clearly bait and switch. They get you in with an offer and then change the terms of the offer and expect you to pay for it.

Optimal Imaging Solutions LLC approached our business offering printer toner at over 50% competitor capacity for toner. we were offered a sample over the phone and at the time it was explained over the phone this was of no cost to us. When we received the "sample" sent it was a standard printer toner still in original manufacturer packaging. we attempted to contact them multiple times but never heard from them for 2 months. they then sent us an invoice for the printer cartridge that was 4 times over industry standard price claiming we owed them for the cartridge.

Called offering a free trial on toner and was told payment was subject to buyers approval. Told them I didn't want the toner and was told that I couldn't return the free trial and was sent an invoice.

This business was previously doing business as Birdie Imaging Supplies. They are operating under the new name with the same scam. They will call numerous times offering a "free trial" of printer toner. They are very persistent that there will be cost savings and better quality toner. If you agree to the "free trial" they then sign you up for a "promotional" package that includes multiple shipments that they will not let us return. This scam cost my business thousands of dollars for a product I never ordered and had no intention of ordering. DO NOT agree to a trial.
