Type of a scam: Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

We ordered a piece of furniture on Dec 6, 2024 from what we believed to be a Wayfair website. The item has not arrive and there isn't a contact phone number. I looked at my Wayfair account and it does not show this item in my order history. The website address on our invoice is [email protected]. We have since found out that this site may be from China and we used our credit card to pay for it and we are now fearful that further fraud may be committed on our card. Please advise if there is anything further we can do to report this as a scam and to protect ourselves and others from further loss.

We ordered a piece of furniture from what we believed to be Wayfair website. When the item did not arrive we contacted the website we had ordered from and they responded that the item had been delivered to our home address. After a few more days and the item did not arrive we contacted Wayfair.com to inquire about delivery. Wayfair advised that they had no record of a purchase or delivery. We then provided them with the wedsite address we had been dealing with ( [email protected]) and they stated that it was not a site connected to them. Since we found out this site maybe from China and we used our credit card to pay for item we are now fearful that further fraud may be committed on our card. Please advise if there is anything further we can do to report this as a scam and to protect ourselves and others from further lose.
