On December 25, 2023, I contacted what I thought was the Vanguard help lilne through the 877-749-7273 number that a came up on their screen. i was asked for my address and checking account numbers fo verify my account and was told someone would call me back with more information. I never received call back and today I had an echeck in the amount of $33.99 drawn from my account to "IDGuard LLC".
