Purchased car floor mats

Purchased floor mats from their website paid $279. After 4 weeks received completely wrong mats. Immediately contacted them and first they wanted me to just keep them. I told them no I wanted the ones I ordered. First they said they would send the correct ones and to just keep the wrong ones. I said ok except I would go ahead and send the wrong ones back to them to offset heir expenses. Then I contacted them again to resolve the mistake ,they ignored several of my communications and only responded after they saw my Facebook post.
They now say they will not refund my payment or send me the correct mats and I will be required to send the wrong mats back at my expense and they will then let me know what they will do. All this despite their written commitment to send the correct mats. They have been deceptive all along. Buyer beware !

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Purchased a set of car and trunk mats for my vehicle. Received a call the next day that it would take over a month to process. I told the customer service person that it was too long to wait and to please cancel my order. A month later I received a delivery from China. Turns out it was from Custoarmor. Not only had they not canceled my order but whatever they sent was not what I originally ordered and was not for my vehicle. Called back several times and no one returned my call. Emailed and received several nasty emails back from someone who refused to identify himself. I told them that I had canceled my order and that not only did they send a package but it wasn't what I ordered. The emails said they would not refund my order nor even make the order good with the correct order. Big time scam and I'm out nearly $300.
