I ordered a swimsuit on May 18, 2020. I've asked repeatedly for a tracking number thru email and have only gotten a reply that item has been shipped. I've tried to call but the number is no longer in service. Summer is fast disappearing and I've a beach trip fast approaching. I want my item or my money back!

I ordered a bathing suit in May. Received a conformation, then got an email it was shipped ,told to allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. I have repeatedly emailed them,no response. The contact page shows a statement 404 page does not exist. It is now August 1st and still no bathing suit. I am out $37.45. This company is obviously a scam company. The Today show promoted this company. They need to check out companies themselves before promoting them. I still,everyday since May receive emails from this company trying to get me to buy more. I also have gotten messages on my phone offering discounts and free shipping. They charged me $8.95 shipping for the order I never received.

Ordered a swimsuit on July 17th. I received a confirmation email with an order #. I then received another email stating item had shipped. There was a link to track shipping bit they never sent a tracking #. It is now July 31st and after 4 emails with no response and calling the # they have listed on website, which is a disconnected #, I called my bank and they refunded me my money. Such a shame there are people and companies out there that scam hard working people. Shame on you. Karma karma karma.

THIS IS A SCAM. THEY TOOK MY MONEY OUT TODAY JULY 27TH 2020. I ORDERED 2 BATHING SUITS FOR $68.93. NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL, NO TRACKING #, INVALID CUSTOMER SERVICE # AND NO RETURNS ON MY EMAILS. I CALLED MY BANK AND I AM GOING TO TRY TO DISPUTE IT. THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL TO GET ME TO ORDER MORE AND TEXTS WITH COUPONS. I AM REALLY UPSET. THEY NEED TO HAVE THEIR SITE TAKEN DOWN.

I ordered swinsuit in June. Received email June 11, 2020 saying "your order is on its way, Please allow 14 to 21 days from this email for you to receive your order. Today is July 27, it has been 6 weeks and I still have not received my order nor response back from company. Conclusion...this is a scam company. Phone # listed on website is not a working number.

I tried to contact customer service through phone number and email listed on your website. Page not found and not a working phone number. I am terribly upset and disappointed on your company. I see I am not the only person with this problem.

On June 15th I place an order for 3 swimsuits. Received a confirmation from [email protected] stating that due to the high volume expect 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. They charged me and I never received the product. I emailed them on July 13th and again on the 18th and haven't received a reply. Tracker info they provide just states no shipping information. Total charge was for $98.92.

Ordered my swimsuit on June 26th. I have yet to receive it and no email response. They just are saying it taking awhile due to the lack of help during Covid 19. It has been almost a month with no word. Im out almost $40.00. This is a scammer company and they need to be removed from the internet.

On June 29 I ordered 2 suits, received various emails shortly thereafter and on July 1 the infamous email to please allow 7-14 days... it’s the 19th and I am hoping for the best. I will allow 2 more weeks before I dispute the charge on my credit card.

I had found this curvy waves on a ad on Facebook. I had found a great deal on a swim suit March 2020. For $59! I got an email stating it’s going to be shipped in 7-14 days! After those days were up. No items. I have emailed them numerous times- no response. Called the number on website- just keeps ringing! Facebook should really keep an on scams. It sounded decent. But I was fooled. I want my refund back! It’s July 2020 with no swim suit and I’m out $59

I ordered 4 swimsuits worth about $100 on June 17, 2020. I was told to wait 14-21 days for arrival. I've emailed several times with no response as well as tried calling the number on the site which was disconnected. I went back to my order on the website and recueced a tracking number that did not work. It claims the package cannot be found nowhere in the system. This company is a scam and needs to be taken down immediately.

I made a purchase from this vendor for a bathing suit on May 23, 2020 with a note that the normal shipping time is 1-3 weeks. On May 26, I received a message that my package had shipped, with a link to a tracking website that I was unfamiliar with (17track.net). This email stated that I should allow 14-21 days for delivery. About a week later, I attempted to use the tracking feature, only to find out that it didn't work. It requested a tracking number which had not been provided in my email. I didn't think much of it though and decided to just be patient and wait for my package. On June 19, 2020, I sent an email to the company to request information. At this point, I had waited more than the 3 weeks I was asked to allow and still no product. I received no response to my email. Today (July 7, 2020), I tried to call the phone number on their website, and got a message that the number is not in service. Only then did I look into the tracking service to find that it is a scam service.

Ordered 2 separate orders on June 9th, 2020. Charged my card before shipping most reputable companies only hold money until shipped. Curvy waves fully charged before shipping. Then I finally got shipment information, was given a tracking site with no tracking number. Called 800# no answer. emailed them no response. Was given date of June 25th of delivery. It is July 5th still no merch. I will be going to the bank with hopes to file a dispute with this company. I am trying to patient with the pandemic, but I am not having this big of a delay with any other company. Not a happy customer right now?
