I saw their ad on my Instagram app. I added a buy 1 cologne bottle for $39.95 and get 2 bottles free to the cart and a 1 bottle of cologne concentrate for 19.95 and get 2 bottles free. I assumed i would be paying $59.90 for both deals but to my surprise i clicked on the cart and was instantly charged without seeing a final payment page prior to ordering. Then to my surprise the thank you for your order page popped up and then i realized i was charged $328.07 for 6 large bottles and 3 smaller concentrate bottles. I have tried many times to contact the company through emails to request a refund but i have only received 1 response asking me if wanted a 20% discount. I declined the offer and requested a full refund. i have sent them three additional emails and have not received any response.

I submitted my order via their website, Provided a mailing address. They sent me a response saying the email address was undeliverable due to the ZIP Code. I responded promptly to their email with the correct address and ZIP Code. I received no response attempted to reach out to them numerous times via phone call and email to their support and no response.
