Report

I ordered a book on 9/17/26, and was sent tracking that the book would arrive 9/29/26. It is 10/12/26, and I've emailed the company 5 times asking for an update, and am not being provided one. I've asked for my money back, and have been told no. No updates have been made to the tracking, and I'm unable to investigate it through the shipping company. I have filed a credit card dispute as well. I'm not able to upload my receipts or email communication.
