I have emailed numerous times starting in January of 2022. I would get responses to my emails, but they could never provide me with a shipping date. I even paid for EXPEDITED shipping! Lots of promises made by company and used the excuse of Covid delays.
I was told in March 2022 that they would issue me a full refund. To this day I have never received it. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY doing FRAUDUALANT business. ORDER # 332

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I attempted to ourchase a dog bed online from cuddlecloudsonline.com. They charged me $98.93 and never sent me anything. I emailed them after about 6 weeks, asked for a refund and they told me that due to COVID they were backed up in there shipping and they never refund my money. After three months I emailed them back asking for a refund again and the website no longer existed.

Originally, I purchased buy 1 get 2 free at Thanksgiving 2021 time. Never received the beds or a refund. Under the "fool me twice" heading, I ordered 3 more ar regular price in January. It is now the end of June 2022. Having written several emails, I have received nothing except their standard "oh, it's the COVID backup issue and we will get your order out soon". I call bull[censored]!

Ordered dog bed ( buy 1, get 1) in November 2021. Contacted company and was informed (email) of delay but would be sent. I asked for refund in January and numerous times since. The company responded with promises to refund, but has not done so. Today, I contacted credit card company and filed fraud/dispute of charges and hope to get refund/credit within 5 days.
