I ordered a pet replica of my deceased pet from Cuddle Clones and the website says the order would be ready for preview in 7-9 weeks. I ordered Christmas Eve and it’s been almost 14 weeks with no preview. I paid $209.70 and emailed customer support and demanded a photo of the progress and they are refusing. I tried to warn others of their scams on their Facebook page and was immediately blocked.

I placed a custom order that was never fulfilled. About three weeks after the order, I received a “order will be shipped soon” email. Three more weeks and I reached out again and got an email stating that my order had been delivered the day before, but never actually receiving anything.
