I met with Paul to get our survey completed was charged same day as meeting. $850.00 Nov 6. They Surveyed then and said they would be in contact within a couple weeks. Weeks later no contact so I proceeded to contact them. After 2 days I finally got the response. I voiced my concerns and was met with it was ok they had been back out and a woman named "Allison" became my contact. They did offer a refund at that time I also asked since there were no answers on Google to what this business was about as reviews were turned off. They stated they were a new company and as a business owner, I gave grace. Now January and the only response I ever get is my contact to them and being told by the end of the week which has yet to happen. I then asked for my refund January 9th and was told a check would be mailed and then 5 hours later they asked if I had Venmo? I do not complain I do not attack businesses but this at this point it's reading a total scam. I had to dispute charges.
