I have been contacted by White Eagle Fraud Protection Center of a charge being made to my debit card for $39.99. This was done on the same day I received a new debit card from my bank. This is the third time. I contacted the company attempting the charge, YSBMHR out of California and asked why they keep trying to charge me money. They would only tell me that my subscription has been canceled. I never subscribed to anything. When I asked for the company name they said they didn’t know because they were just the Human Resources Department. I asked how they were able to try to access my new debit cards and they wouldn’t answer. Basically they would give no information. I asked why I was still being billed for something I had supposedly cancelled and they refused to answer.
