I ordered 2 drones online through a website and the tracking links for USPS and 17Track (a shipping company) would not work. I called and got ahold of Ana from support at Jo Ventures Help.zendesk.com and she tracked it and said it was being shipped from the warehouse soon. She sent me new tracking links for USPS and 17Track and again the USPS did not work and 17Track showed the items arrived Jan 21, 10 days before she said they were going leave the warehouse! I have tried 7 more times on the phone and multiple emails but no response.
