Once you submit your order they don’t give you an option to select done or finish they actually prompt you to submit your order twice in which it gives you an extra charge of 9.99 on your debit card for nothing. I have been emailing to cancel the entire order no one responded

I ordered a dash cam using my CC. Right after ordered, my CC sent me a txt of a fraud about this company. Even that I reply to my CC company to cancel my credit card, my CC company paid for the camera anyway. When I finalize the process buying the camera, Apex charge me $9.99 for a club that I didn't sign for. Immediately contact the company but they ignore my cancelation and my credit card company (Chase) still paying and after my complain to the Chase, I haven't received a solution yet. I was charge $59.99 + $7.99 for an SD card and a separate charge for the club. I found out that Amazon is selling the same exact camera for $9.99 with free shipping. When I tried to return it, the company sent me an RMA, but they didn't mention that I have to pay for the return. On the website the mention easy return for full refund no question ask, but when I attempt to returned, they want to know why. This is crook and shady company scamming ignorants like me who felt something was wrong and still buying it trusting that my CC is going to back me up. I bought this cheap camera in 10/13/2023 and I haven't receive an answer from the Chase Credit Card department.
