The advertisement was for a large Amazon mystery box full of Amazon returns. I bought two boxes at $50 each. I received two packages with a total of three small items that appear to be from the dollar store. They are UNBRANDED CHEAP Temu items. They won't let me return the items. They offered a 10% and a 15% discount, but these items are NOT worth anywhere NEAR $100 dollars!

This was their reply: Dear customer,

Thanks for your support and concern on our store! I appreciate your time in reaching out to Customer Care!

What we send is what you bought, and the content of the order product will be sent randomly.

Also according to the terms of the mystery box, I am sorry that we cannot offer you a return service due to the special features of the item you purchased.

About the mystery box, you will have a 10% chance to get an item worth 2 times the purchase price, a 15% chance to get an item worth 1.5 times the purchase value, and an 80% chance to get an item equal to the purchase value.

I'm sorry that mystery Box's products could not satisfy you. In this situation, I would like to offer you a 15% refund of the item as compensation. Is this proposal acceptable to you? If you are willing to accept this refund, please reply to this email so that we can have this process started.

Best regards.

An ad for these alleged Amazon pallets came up on my Facebook/ Meta feed. I did some research and it seemed like it was a good deal. I bought one of the top ones for like $69.99. 8 in long that said lucky box on it. Inside were no name generic not very recent version earbuds with a wireless charging case. It's probably cost less than 15 bucks. Other package had a three-in-one USB safe charge speed and data quick data cable. A brand I've never heard of. Probably cost about $15 IMO I didn't get my money's worth. I sent them an email complaining and I planned to ask for a refund. I'll come back here and let you know what happens. So far, I regret this purchase.

I was scrolling on Facebook and the pallets for $29.99 offered from Amazon products it took me to the website I took the information and it charged me the $29.99 plus 599 standard shipping I waited and waited started to send emails the company was texting me back or emailing me back saying that it's a legitimate company I should get my product in the mail and blah blah yesterday the 21st I decided to go back in contact the company again who's stating that I received my package I need to check my neighbors and see if they took it and since the problem is not been resolved or figured out and they claim that they have delivered it they say that they will split the refund cost with me since we both were at a loss which to me totally didn't make sense but I have proof of it in an email.
