I purchased first just the eye cream, then they talked me into a thermal face cream which I charged on my card then the guy found out that I was a cosmetologist and Dario told me he would just give me the whole package with the machine credit one of my purchases back and then charge me for the package for 1600+ which I did I saved him 4 time if he charged me credit card back he said yes he handed me the four receipts back and I left. I went home back to Oregon and a week later it showed they had charged the one that was to be credited back 571.+ I called my credit card company opens a dispute and was told they we not get any response from them I then called the company and talked to Rachel the supposed owner. She said she would take care of it. I then received a email from my bank show she had no response from me. Which I have all the emails and phone records and my charged me and said I could return the product. I don’t have the product she does. This is outrageous. I will never buy from businesses like this again.

The merchant is not an authorized reseller of the facial and beauty products they are selling. The manufacturer of the products has advised not to purchase any products from them as they are not legitimate or guaranteed to be authentic. Reading online statements from other victims, this company is known for scamming customers in multiple ways.

This company transacted an unauthorized charge to my account and then tried to provide false information to the credit card company regarding the unauthorized charge they placed on my account.

Below are the supporting facts:

• I purchased product from merchant- Beauty Avenue- on Aug 29th, 2024 for $325.13.

• I returned the product in less than 24 hours, on Aug 30th, 2024

• The merchant accepted the product back and refunded the full amount on Aug 30th- see receipt below of the refund.

• Days later, the merchant charged the $325.13 back on to my card. There was no purchase from the merchant, no receipt, and no exchange of product or services.

I walked away from the store amicably with the refund receipt on August 30th, and they accepted the product back without issue. I have no products or services from them and should not have an additional unauthorized charge from them on Sept 2nd.
