SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - DO NOT WIRE THESE GUYS MONEY. Everything Steve tells you is a lie. Leads are over two years old and they are bogus. Believe me, I just saved you thousands of dollars. Notice how all his sites have their comments turned off? - because he doesn't comments like this. His posts on LinkedIn are all made up.

Selling Mortgage Lead Scam

Steve Louis was the same [censored] I dealt with... These people are complete [censored] in my opinion. Bought mortgage leads. They made all kinds of crazy promises about guarantees on closing loans and the loans being hot, exclusive, new leads and that they would call the lead and let them know that my company would be calling... I got 15 leads into the program and realized that, in my opinion, the leads were complete and utter garbage. They were not exclusive leads, nobody knew that I would be calling, and nobody was looking forward to talking to me about a loan. The few that I actually even got a hold of either were not looking for loans, or were looking for loans months ago. I told them about my experience with the loans and that I wanted my money back, I didn't want to waste any more of my time running through the garbage leads. So, they told me per the terms of service I had to use up all of the leads. they also threatened to cancel my account because I said I would leave bad reviews if I didn't get my money back. So, I used the rest of the leads as instructed. After I did, I asked for my money back again. They then said they had to review the request and that they had 3 months to do so. After 3 months, no word back from them. I asked and they said "still under review" and then ignored me after that. I filed a complaint with the BBB to get my money back and they shut my account right off. Have no clue if I will get my money back from these scam artists... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I am going to leave this review absolutely everywhere I can. I have attached a picture of our entire correspondence.
