I was called initially claiming that fraudulent activity had occurred on our Bank of America card. From there we were transferred to Accelerated Debt Solutions. They already had all of our credit card information. They claimed that the Federal Government had a program to help senior citizens with their debt , and that we should only be paying 0 to 6.99% interest.
