I ordered 10 Elvis pocket hugs for my family and the picture looked nothing like what I received. When I contacted the company, they only offered $10.00 or $18.00. When I pressed them, they told me that I could get a refund, but would have to send them to China (not their address on the website). I actually went to the post office to see how much it would be and I was quoted $48.00 as the cheapest way.
