I was approached by email by a person alleging to be Nicholas Haynes, Head of Customer Service for Create Evolution, LLC. I was told that the company found my background (from some unnamed online source) that I would be a good candidate for a position as a Customer Service Representative. I was given a very short phone interview by someone claiming to be an HR Department Manger for the company. I was informed by Nicholas Haynes the next day that I was being offered the position from the company to be a CSR, and to be paid a salary of $4000 per month, based on a 30 hour work week. He then explained I would undergo 3 days of training, and upon successful completion of the training my employment would commence. I was given a username and password to the company's "Work Panel", where I was instructed to complete a couple forms, including a I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification, where I needed to provide my Social Security Number, and also to provide a copy of my driver's license. I was also provided with a username and password to the company email website, and also asked to sign up for a messaging account using the Telegram app.,
The next day I was directed to go to the work panel to receive my "training task". Over the next 3 days I completed 3 tasks: 1) fill out a form where I collected information about 4 different alleged competitors in the IT Services industry, 2) generate email responses to a couple alleged customers regarding their projects, and 3) make a call to a customer contact to take a survey regarding their satisfaction with the webpage development that supposedly the company had completed for this individual.. The tasks were all extremely easy and took just about an hour or less to complete. Nicholas informed me that I did a perfect job on the tasks, and I would begin my new CSR job the next day.
The following day I received a message from Nicholas on the Telegram app that since I did such an great job on the training tasks, they wanted to offer me a more elevated position as a "Nominee Manager", whatever the heck that is. I became suspicious that I was given such short and simple tasks for my so-called training, and then immediately was being offered a promotion before I had even started working for the company. So I did a Google Search on the company, and found buried on the second page of the search results a report from the BBB. It detailed an individual's report that exactly mirrored my experience up to this point. They went on to say that after being offered the elevated position, they were contacted by phone by someone claiming to be an HR manager with the company to discuss the terms of the new position. They were told it was a franchise opportunity where they would have to open a new office, and to fund the project with their own money. When they declined the offer and stated they just wanted the CSR position, they suddenly found they could no longer access the company work panel and the company email websites.
I sent a copy of this ScamPulse.com report, and expressed my concerns to Mr. Haynes. He replied that this report was bogus, most likely generated by a competitor in order to sully Create Evolutions' reputation. So I asked Haynes, for verification purposes, to send me a link to his LinkedIn webpage. He replied he did not use LinkedIn. So I countered by asking for a link to the company's LinkedIn page, and he replied the company did not have one, as they did not believe in using social media to promote their IT services company, which struck me as very suspicious.
Yesterday I replied that I was not interested in the higher level position, and would prefer to begin the CSR job I had signed up for. Haynes replied he would consult his HR department, and get back to me today. I discovered this morning that I no longer had access to the company Work Panel and the company Email webpage, and that Nicholas Haynes' Telegram account was missing on the app. I wrote an email asking what was going on, and received no reply, which confirmed my suspicions that the whole thing was fraudulent. As I result, not only did they waste several days of my time, they also deceived me in order to obtain my personal info, i.e. my SSN and driver's license. As a result I am now compelled to enroll in a legitimate Identify Theft Prevention system to avoid further damage to me by these fraudsters.

This person contacted me for a remote customer service job. He wanted to use Telegram to communicate and some emails to the address above. They created 3 tasks on their work platform online and once i completed that they changed the job description from customer service to Nominee director to set up a virtual office due to wanting to expand. The minute they said setting up a bank account the red flag came up. Of course they said they would handle the legal and accounting. 100 % a scam

Nicholas Haynes is a scammer posing as a Customer Service Representative for Create Evolution LLC. He deceives individuals by having them complete free training, promising a job after the third task, despite it being a low-level position while they are still in school. He leads them to believe they are applying for a full-time job by submitting an agreement, an I-9 form, and a Driver's License. After completing the training, he offers them a position as a Nominee Director, claiming it's optional, while secretly tricking them into opening an LLC in their state, making them the sole employee, while Create Evolution handles taxes and finances. He also makes them call people with similar voices but different phone numbers, leading to suspicions of using a voice-changing tool. After I decline because I have 0 interest in managing a physical office, he says that the company has to let me go. He now has my SSN, name, and bank account numbers that I have to spend more time to lock.

Offered a position as a customer Service Representative. Spent a week and a half being given tasks; researching companies, returning email correspondence, calling existing customer for feedback on a job. Was informed after tasks completed that salary would be paid one month after the end of tasks and training. Monday, December 2, was told by Nicholas Haynes the supervisor that management was very satisfied with my performance and offered to promote me to Sales Director responsible for opening a new office. Create Evolution had me speak with Andrew Lipsky, HR Manager; who told me if I took the position I would be responsible for all permits and budgeting for the office, and be the only company employee responsible. I was initially interested but found out that this would be a franchise office location, I informed Nicholas that I wanted to remain in the Customer Service Representative position instead. Nicholas seemed very annoyed that I had changed my mind about the position and told me that he had to speak to HR and would contact me the next day about job duties moving forward. The next morning, Tuesday, December 3, I was unable to access my corporate email or work board for assigned tasks and all other company functions. I was terminated without cause and feel that Create Evolution is running scams on interested candidates to have them work for free and become franchise owners.
