I ordered a tuner from CppDiesel.com in mid January. After a couple of weeks with no email stating it has been shipped I contacted them about my shipment. They said the product hasn’t been released yet and will be available in January. I told them I wanted my money back which they said that they would refund me for the 3rd time now. It’s the middle of March and I still haven’t gotten my refund for the $489.95 I paid.
