I purchased outdoor chairs via website ad back in June 2026 for a birthday gift. I waited a month to receive them since it was overseas. Reached out to the company to let them know the tracking information stated the chairs were delivered, but I never received them. I have spent the last several months following up with the email from the website, asking for a refund, but they keep telling me there's another shipment on the way. There's no shipment. They won't refund me my money. They just keep avoiding me. I am so disappointed and upset.
